This letter is to inform you that as of June 11 I will no longer be seeing patients at Parkway Optical in Revere. As I prepare to welcome a baby I am reducing my hours and will only be working at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center.

If your primary care doctor is at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center then you can continue to see me at the East Boston location. You can call 617-568-4400 to schedule an appointment.

If your primary care doctor is elsewhere, below are two recommendations for future eye care providers.

You can stay at Parkway Optical and see Dr. Janis Cotter. Please call 781-289-7929 to see if Dr. Cotter accepts your insurance.

You can also see Dr. Paul Hamel and Associates at 339 Squire Road, Revere Ma, 02151. (781-289-5900)
